Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of apps and services provided by Starflight Entertainment Oy. By using our apps you agree to these Terms and to Apple's applicable terms for App Store purchases.

The service

Starflight apps (including Raid Squad Fitness) are entertainment and fitness-tracking products. Workout logging and boss progression are provided for motivation — not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program.

Accounts

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.

You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others or abuse squads, matchmaking, or leaderboards.

Subscriptions (Raid Pro)

Raid offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (annual and monthly) with a 7-day free trial where configured in App Store Connect.

Week I (first 7 days after onboarding) includes the core boss loop at no charge. From Day 8 onward, strikes and week planning require an active trial or Raid Pro subscription unless we state otherwise in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Entitlements are verified on our servers via Apple's App Store Server API — client-side unlocks are not trusted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, cheat, or attempt to bypass server verification or paywalls.
  • Upload false workout data to gain unfair leaderboard advantage.
  • Harass other players or scrape the service.
  • Use the service in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

Starflight owns app content, branding, and software. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starflight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps.

Termination

You may stop using the apps at any time and delete your account in-app. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Finland unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
