Raid — common topics

• Subscriptions & trials — managed through Apple; use Restore purchases on the paywall if entitlement looks wrong after subscribing.
• Week II gate — Day 8+ requires Raid Pro or an active trial; Week I is free for the first 7 days after onboarding.
• HealthKit — optional; enable in Profile → Apple Health.
• Delete account — Profile → Delete account (removes server data).
• Privacy — see our Privacy Policy.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. Critical billing issues may also be handled through Apple Support and App Store purchase history.
