Privacy Policy

Starflight Entertainment Oy ("Starflight", "we", "us") operates mobile apps including Raid Squad Fitness and this website (https://starflightltd.com). This policy describes what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Depending on which app you use and which features you enable, we may process:

  • Account data — Sign in with Apple provides a stable account identifier and optional display name. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
  • App progress — workout logs, boss/season state, squad membership, league scores, and preferences needed to run the game loop.
  • Health data (optional) — if you enable Apple Health in Raid, workout samples you authorize may be sent to our servers to log strikes. You can disable this in Profile → Apple Health.
  • Location (optional) — coarse geohash for neighborhood leaderboards and gym check-in when you opt in.
  • Device & push — APNs device token if you enable notifications.
  • Purchase status — subscription entitlement verified through Apple's App Store Server API (we do not store full payment card data).
  • Product analytics — first-party events (onboarding steps, strikes, paywall views) tied to your account or an anonymous ID until you sign in.
  • Support correspondence — email you send to us.

How we use information

We use data to:

  • Provide and sync app features across devices.
  • Enforce subscription access server-side (Week II gate, Pro entitlements).
  • Operate squads, matchmaking, realms, and leaderboards.
  • Send push notifications you opt into.
  • Improve reliability, security, and product decisions.
  • Comply with law and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors that help us run the service (hosting, Apple Sign In, App Store, push delivery) under contract, or when required by law.

Squad features show your display name, class, and strike activity to other squad members.

Retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. In Raid you can delete your account in Profile → Delete account, which removes server-side persona data and linked workout logs.

Backups and logs may persist for a limited period before automatic purge.

Your rights (EEA / UK)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
